A seamless High quality presentation is the most important element in a successful conference. There are many highly effective ways to embrace your audience and ensure the constant flow of communication between them and your presenter.
The traditional way would be to place two large projection screens left and right of the presentation area. While this is still a favorite there are other ways to do this such as utilizing LED daylight Screen panels for large groups or a few 63” Plasma’s for groups up to one hundred guests. For larger groups we often recommend adding a few smaller LCD screens scattered through the room in addition to the two larger screens to allow delegates better visibility.
